About

The commercial side of a Phoenix cleaning company

Desert Elite Industrial Services is the commercial division of Desert Elite Cleaners, working with facility and property managers across the Phoenix metro. Same company, same standard, a separate team for commercial buildings.

The owner

Jake Arnold runs it the way he was trained to fly

Jake flew commercial helicopters before he started Desert Elite. In aviation nothing is left to memory: every flight runs from a checklist, every check is signed, and the person responsible is named. He runs buildings the same way, because the principle carries over. Write down what has to happen, check that it happened, and fix what did not before anyone else notices.

That is why every contract starts with a written scope of work, why supervisors walk buildings unannounced, and why the office number reaches a person rather than a queue.

Checklists, signed. Buildings, the same.

The standard

What every account gets

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

Two divisions

Commercial and residential, one company

Desert Elite Cleaners cleans homes across Phoenix and the East Valley. Desert Elite Industrial Services works on commercial buildings: warehouses, offices, clinics, schools and managed property.

Keeping them separate means a facility manager never lands on a page about house cleaning, and a homeowner never reads about floor stripping cycles. The training, the equipment and the crews differ. The standard does not.
