Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Desert Elite Cleaners LLC, trading as Desert Elite Industrial Services, Phoenix, AZ.

What is on this site

Descriptions of our commercial cleaning services and planning tools for facility managers. Scopes, frequencies and checklists shown here are starting points, written for a typical building of that type. The scope of work for your building is agreed in writing after a walkthrough, and that document is what applies.

The scope planner and checklist

These tools produce a draft for discussion. They are not a quote, not an offer and not a contract, and they do not take account of anything specific to your building until we have walked it.

Prices

Prices are given in writing after a walkthrough. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract at a particular price.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and photographs on this site belong to their owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Photograph credits are listed on the photo credits page.
