Nightly

Commercial janitorial, run like an operation

Nightly crews working from a written scope of work, a supervisor who walks your building unannounced, and an office number that a person answers.

Open-plan office after hours, desks cleared for the night crew

The standard on every contract

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

What is included

What a janitorial scope covers

Every contract starts with a scope written for your building. Tasks are split into nightly, weekly, monthly and quarterly lines, grouped by area, with the products and equipment for each surface named. You get a copy and the crew carries one.

  • Restrooms cleaned, disinfected and restocked on every visit
  • Entrances, lobbies and high-touch points disinfected nightly
  • Waste and recycling collected and taken to your dock or enclosure
  • Hard floors dust mopped and damp mopped; carpet vacuumed on a traffic-lane rotation
  • Breakrooms and kitchens cleaned and degreased
  • Weekly high dusting, monthly edge and detail work, quarterly deep tasks
  1. 01

A supervisor walks the building, unannounced

Inspections do not wait for a complaint. A supervisor visits at random, walks the building against the written scope and scores it area by area. You receive the score with photos. Anything below standard is corrected before the next shift, and you hear about it from us first.

  2. 02

    Crews sized to the building

The crew follows the building: square footage, fixture count, floor types and the hours you operate. A single-tenant office and a distribution center running around the clock need different crews and different equipment, so the crew plan is written into the scope after the walkthrough rather than guessed from a rate card.

  3. 03

    One number, answered

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift. If something is missed, it is logged the night it happens and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

Questions

Commercial Janitorial questions

Do you clean during business hours or after?

Most janitorial work runs after hours so it never gets in the way of your team. Buildings that stay busy during the day often add a day porter for restrooms, entrances and spills while they are open. The scope states the service window for every task.

How do I reach someone if there is a problem tonight?

Call the office number and a person answers during office hours. Field supervisors carry phones on every shift. Issues found at night are corrected on the same visit where possible and always reported back to you.

What does the written scope of work include?

Every task by area and frequency, the products and equipment used on each surface, the service windows, and who signs off. It is written after the walkthrough, agreed with you before the first shift, and carried by the crew.

Can the scope change after we start?

Yes. Buildings change: new tenants, new hours, a new floor finish. The scope is a working document, and any change is agreed in writing before the crew works to it.
