We do not sell packages. Every service is scoped to the building, staffed to your hours and inspected by a supervisor. Take one, or take all eight under one contract.

Nightly janitorial for offices, warehouses, clinics and schools, run from a written scope of work.

Day Porter Services
Daytime coverage for restrooms, entrances, spills and meeting rooms while the building is open.
- Restroom checks on a set route: restock, wipe down, floors spot cleaned
- Entrance glass, mats and lobby floors kept clean through the day
- Spill response and wet-floor signage
- Scheduled or on call
Disinfecting Services
Scheduled or on-call disinfection of high-touch surfaces, with the correct dwell time and a written log.
- High-touch points: handles, push plates, rails, switches, elevator buttons
- Restroom fixtures, partitions and dispensers
- Breakroom counters, appliance handles and shared equipment

Floor Care, Stripping and Waxing
Strip and wax, scrub and recoat, burnishing, and programs for sealed and polished concrete.

- Sealed concrete: auto-scrubbing and resealing
- Polished concrete: dust mopping, burnishing with the correct pads, densifier

Post-Construction Cleaning
Rough, final and touch-up cleans for general contractors and tenant improvement projects.
- Rough clean: debris out, slabs swept, adhesive and mud scraped, surfaces HEPA vacuumed
- Final clean: labels and film removed, glass inside and out including frames and tracks
- Final clean: cabinets, fixtures, switch plates and hardware detailed

Interior and exterior glass for storefronts, offices and low-rise buildings, on a set schedule.

Project cleans for a new contract start, a seasonal reset, after an event, or a building that needs catching up.
