How an account is run

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

The brief

What a school needs

  • Classrooms and corridors cleaned every school day
  • Restrooms serviced and restocked more than once a day
  • Cafeterias cleaned and degreased after service
  • Gym and activity floors maintained on their own cycle
  • Deep cleaning and floor restoration scheduled into school breaks
  • Crews background checked and briefed on campus rules
  1. 01

The school calendar runs the scope

Daily work happens after the last bell. Restoration work, such as stripping and waxing corridors or deep cleaning classrooms, is scheduled into the breaks when the building is empty, agreed with your facilities lead at the start of the year.

  2. 02

Restrooms, more than once a day

School restrooms are used hard in short bursts. They are serviced during the day as well as after it, so they are stocked and presentable at the times that matter.

  3. 03

    Crews on a campus

Technicians working on a campus are background checked, briefed on your sign-in and safeguarding rules, and work to a route that keeps them out of occupied teaching space.

Questions

Schools and Education questions

Can you work around the school day?

Yes. Daily cleaning runs after hours, with a porter during the day where restrooms and cafeterias need it. The service windows are set in the scope.

When do you do the heavy floor work?

In the breaks. Stripping, waxing and deep cleaning are planned into your calendar at the start of the year so classrooms and corridors are ready before students return.

Are your crews background checked?

Yes, before their first shift, and they follow your campus sign-in rules on every visit.
