Periodic

High dusting for the parts of the building nobody looks at

Beams, ducts, conduit, light fixtures and the tops of racking collect dust that eventually comes down. High dusting takes it away on a schedule.

The standard on every contract

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

  1. 01

    Why it matters

Dust at height does not stay there. It settles on product, on equipment and on the floor you just paid to scrub. In warehouses and food areas it becomes a housekeeping and safety question as much as an appearance one.

  2. 02

Done safely, at the right time

High dusting is planned around your operation, with the area below protected or cleared. The access method is chosen for each area on the walkthrough, and the work is scheduled for when it disturbs the least.

  3. 03

Part of the scope, not a one-off

High dusting lives on the scope with its own schedule, so it happens before the build-up shows rather than after someone notices.

Questions

High Dusting questions

How often does high dusting need doing?

It depends on the building. Warehouses with open doors and heavy traffic collect dust at height far faster than a sealed office. The walkthrough sets a schedule for each area.

Do we need to clear the area below?

Usually the area directly below is protected or cleared while the work is done. The plan for each area is agreed before the day, so your team knows what to expect.

Can high dusting be done during operating hours?

Sometimes, in areas that can be sectioned off. Most sites prefer it between shifts or at weekends, and the timing is agreed with you.
