Scheduled or on call

Disinfecting that is logged, not assumed

High-touch surfaces disinfected on a schedule or on call, with EPA-registered products left on for the contact time the label requires.

The standard on every contract

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

What is included

What disinfecting covers

Disinfecting is a separate step from cleaning. Surfaces are cleaned first, then disinfected, and the product stays wet for its full contact time. Skipping either step is how disinfecting fails.

  • High-touch points: handles, push plates, rails, switches, elevator buttons
  • Restroom fixtures, partitions and dispensers
  • Breakroom counters, appliance handles and shared equipment
  • Reception counters, shared desks and conference tables
  • Surfaces cleaned before disinfecting, so the product can work
  • A log of areas treated, product used and time
  1. 01

Contact time is the whole point

A disinfectant only works if it stays wet on the surface for the time on its label. Crews are trained on the products used in your building and how long each one needs, and the method is written into the scope.

  2. 02

    Scheduled or on call

Most buildings build disinfecting into the nightly scope, with extra passes on high-touch points. When you need an extra visit, after an illness in the office or before an event, call the office and it is scheduled.

  3. 03

The right products for the building

Clinics, schools and food areas each have their own requirements. Products are chosen for the surfaces and the setting, and the safety data sheets are kept on site with the scope.

Questions

Disinfecting Services questions

What is the difference between cleaning and disinfecting?

Cleaning removes dirt and most germs from a surface. Disinfecting uses a registered product to kill germs that remain, and it only works on a surface that has been cleaned first. Both steps are in the scope.

Can you disinfect after someone in the office is ill?

Yes. Call the office, tell us which areas were used, and a visit is scheduled to disinfect those areas and the shared high-touch points.

Do you provide a record of what was disinfected?

Yes. Each disinfecting pass is logged with the areas treated, the product and the time, so you can show what was done and when.
