Commercial deep cleaning to reset a building

A top-to-bottom clean that brings a building back to standard, so the regular crew can keep it there.

The standard on every contract

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

What is included

What a deep clean covers

A deep clean reaches everything the nightly scope does not: the build-up behind, under and above the areas that are cleaned every day.

  • Restrooms detailed: grout, partitions, walls, vents and fixtures descaled
  • Breakrooms degreased, appliances cleaned inside and out
  • Edges, corners and under furniture
  • Vents, returns, light fixtures and ledges
  • Hard floors scrubbed; carpet deep cleaned where specified
  • Doors, frames, baseboards and walls spot cleaned
  1. 01

The first clean of a new contract

When a building changes vendors, it usually needs catching up before the nightly scope can hold it. A deep clean at the start sets the standard the crew then maintains, and the walkthrough scores are measured from there.

  2. 02

    Seasonal and event resets

After monsoon dust, before a school year, after a busy event or ahead of an inspection or sale, a deep clean resets the building in one planned visit rather than weeks of catching up.

  3. 03

    Planned like a project

The deep clean is scoped on the walkthrough, staffed to a set window and signed off area by area, so you know exactly what was done.

Questions

Commercial Deep Cleaning questions

When does a building need a deep clean?

When the nightly scope can no longer bring it up to standard: at the start of a new contract, after a season of dust, before a school year or an inspection, or after an event.

How long does a deep clean take?

It depends on the size and condition of the building. The walkthrough sets the crew and the window, and the work is planned to finish within it.

Is a deep clean part of a regular contract?

It can be scheduled into the scope at set points in the year, or booked on its own when you need it.
