The standard on every contract

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

What is included

What window cleaning covers

Glass is split into what needs weekly attention, like entrances and storefronts, and what can run on a longer schedule, like upper exterior panes.

  • Entrance doors, storefront glass and vestibules
  • Interior partition glass and office windows
  • Exterior panes on low-rise buildings
  • Frames, sills and tracks cleared of desert dust
  • Hard water spots treated on glass exposed to irrigation
  • Screens removed, washed and replaced where fitted
  1. 01

    Desert dust and hard water

In the Valley, glass collects fine dust after every windy day and mineral spots wherever irrigation reaches it. Both are treated as their own tasks so the glass comes up clear, not streaked.

  2. 02

Scheduled with the rest of the building

Window cleaning sits in the same scope as your janitorial work, so entrance glass is kept up every week and the full building is done on its own schedule without separate vendors to manage.

  3. 03

    Safe access

Ground-level and low-rise glass is cleaned with poles and ladders within safe reach. Higher or harder-to-reach glass is assessed on the walkthrough, and we tell you plainly what we can do safely.

Questions

Commercial Window Cleaning questions

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?

Entrances and storefronts are usually kept up weekly because they take the most handprints and dust. Other glass runs on a longer schedule set by how visible it is and how quickly it dulls. The walkthrough sets both.

Do you clean high-rise windows?

The service covers storefronts, interiors and low-rise exteriors that can be reached safely with poles and ladders. Anything higher is assessed on the walkthrough so you know exactly what is covered.

Can window cleaning be added to our janitorial contract?

Yes. Most buildings add it to the same scope, so one team and one schedule cover the glass along with everything else.
