FAQ

Questions facility managers ask

If yours is not here, call 480-787-0551 and ask. The office answers during office hours.

Questions

Contracts and scopes

What is in a scope of work?

Every task for your building grouped by area and frequency, the products and equipment used on each surface, the service windows, and who signs off. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

Can the scope change once we start?

Yes. A new tenant, a change of hours or a new floor finish all change the work. Any change is agreed in writing before the crew works to it.

Do you clean more than one building for the same client?

Yes. Each building gets its own scope because each one is different, and they sit under one agreement with one contact and one set of reporting.

Questions

Crews and access

Who is in my building?

Technicians assigned to your account and trained on your site. They are background checked before their first shift and briefed on your access and alarm procedures.

How do crews get in?

However you prefer: keys, a badge, a code or a lockbox. Access arrangements are agreed in writing before the first shift and logged for every visit.

What happens if something is missed?

It is logged the night it happens and corrected before the next shift, with a note to you. You should hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

How do I reach someone at night?

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

Questions

Pricing and getting started

How is the price worked out?

From the scope, after a walkthrough. Cleanable square footage, fixture counts, floor types, frequency, hours and access all change the work, so the price follows the building rather than a rate card.

Why is there no price list on the site?

Because a number published without seeing your building would be either padded or too low to hold. You get the price in writing after the walkthrough, with the scope behind it.

How long does a walkthrough take?

Usually under an hour, with the supervisor who would run your account.

Can we start with part of the building?

Yes. Many buildings start with restrooms and common areas, then add floors, glass or high dusting once the standard is set.

Questions

Insurance and equipment

Are you insured?

Yes. Ask the office for current certificates and they will be sent to you before work starts.

Who supplies equipment and products?

We do, including the machines a building needs. Equipment is staged on site for facilities large enough to need it full time, and the products for each surface are named on the scope.

Do you handle consumables like paper and soap?

Restocking is part of the restroom scope. Whether we supply the consumables or restock from your stores is agreed at the walkthrough.
