College and training center cleaning

Timetables leave narrow windows. The scope is built around them, with the heavy work moved into breaks.

How an account is run

  • Unannounced walkthroughs

A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.

  • A person answers

The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.

  • Fixed the same night

Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.

  • A written scope

Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.

The brief

What a campus needs

  • Teaching rooms turned around between sessions
  • Restrooms serviced several times a day
  • Common areas and libraries kept presentable
  • Lab and workshop areas cleaned to their own rules
  • Floor restoration planned into term breaks
  • One contact across several buildings
  1. 01

    Working around a timetable

Rooms are cleaned in the gaps the timetable leaves, with a porter covering restrooms and common areas through the day. The schedule is rebuilt each term as the timetable changes.

  2. 02

Breaks are for the heavy work

Floor restoration, deep cleaning and high dusting are planned into the breaks, so nothing disruptive happens while classes run.

Who cleans labs and workshops?

We clean what your rules allow: floors, waste, surfaces and restrooms. Equipment and anything regulated stays with your technical staff.
