Industries
Post-construction cleaning for general contractors
A cleaning crew that reads a punch list, signs in under your safety program and works to the date you give us, including weekend pushes.

How an account is run
Unannounced walkthroughs
A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.
A person answers
The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.
Fixed the same night
Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.
A written scope
Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.
The brief
What a superintendent needs
- A crew that shows up on the date it promised
- Rough cleans that keep dust out of finished work
- A final clean that survives the owner walk
- A touch-up after the punch list
- Sign-in and safety compliance without reminders
- One contact who answers on site
- 01
Three phases, one crew
Rough, final and touch-up run with the same supervisor, so nothing is explained twice. The crew already knows the building by turnover, which is also why many projects keep them on for the recurring contract.
- 02
Turnover dates move
When the date moves, the crew moves with it. Tell the office as soon as you know and the crew plan is rebuilt around the new date.

Questions
General Contractors questions
How much notice do you need for a final clean?
As much as you can give, because crew size is set by the building. Tell us the date as early as you can and we plan to it, then adjust when it moves.
Do you work weekends to hit a turnover?
Yes. Weekend pushes are normal on a turnover, and they are planned into the crew schedule rather than improvised.
