Industries
Manufacturing and industrial cleaning
Production keeps running, so the cleaning works around it: break areas per shift, offices after hours, floors on a rotation that never blocks a line.

How an account is run
Unannounced walkthroughs
A supervisor walks your building at random, scores it against the written scope and sends you the score with photos.
A person answers
The office line reaches a person during office hours, and field supervisors carry phones on every shift.
Fixed the same night
Issues are logged when they happen and put right before the next shift, with a note to you.
A written scope
Every task by area and frequency, agreed before the first shift. You keep a copy and the crew carries one.
The brief
What a plant needs
- Break rooms and restrooms serviced on every shift
- Floors swept and scrubbed without blocking production
- Office and quality areas cleaned to an office standard
- Housekeeping that supports your safety program
- Dust controlled at height before it reaches product
- Crews who follow lockout and restricted-area rules
- 01
Cleaning that fits the shift pattern
The scope is written around when each area is free rather than around a standard night shift. Break areas are serviced between shifts, offices after hours, and floor work is scheduled where it will not cross a running line.
- 02
Safety rules come first
Crews work to your site induction, your personal protective equipment requirements and your restricted-area rules. Anything that needs a permit or an escort is agreed in the scope before a technician is on the floor.

Questions
Manufacturing and Industrial questions
Can you clean while production is running?
Yes, in the areas that are free. The scope sets which areas are cleaned during production and which wait for a changeover or a shutdown.
Do you handle production waste?
General and office waste yes. Process waste and anything regulated stays with your licensed contractor, and the boundary is written into the scope.
